Memories.ai, the company behind Luci, a personal AI that sees, remembers, and acts on your behalf, today announced at Snapdragon Summit 2026 that Luci now runs across the ecosystem of devices powered by Snapdragon® platforms, across your PC, smartphones, and smart glasses, unifying the user experience into one continuous, private memory that follows people everywhere they go.
Today’s AI can write, reason, and code with remarkable skill, yet it forgets everything the moment a conversation ends. It doesn’t know who you met yesterday, what was on the whiteboard in your last meeting, or what you actually meant by “that thing we discussed.” Luci was built to close that gap: giving AI a real memory of a person’s actual life, not just the current conversation.
Luci first proved this on the desktop, learning to see and remember a person’s work as they used their PC. At the Snapdragon Summit, Memories.ai is announcing an extension of that same memory to synchronize across every device someone carries. This means a moment captured on a pair of smart glasses, a note taken on a phone, and a document opened on a PC all become part of one continuous memory, recallable from any device, at any time.
According to Memories.ai founder Shawn Shen, “This only works because of what’s actually inside these devices. The Snapdragon processors allow Luci to understand and remember privately, on the device itself. The best part is the cloud is used only to connect context across devices when needed, not to store or process the underlying personal content itself. For us, this is the real breakthrough.”
Luci’s on-device pipeline is what makes this possible. OmniCaptioner turns what a device sees and hears into a compact, structured description of the moment; OmniRetriever indexes those descriptions into a searchable personal memory. Because the heavy visual understanding happens once, at capture, everything downstream is lightweight, small enough that indexing, retrieval, and answer generation can all run on the Qualcomm® Hexagon® NPU itself, in the hundreds-of-millions-of-parameters range rather than billions. A full day of continuous memory fits in a couple of gigabytes, and the index itself never leaves the device.
“At Qualcomm Technologies, we believe the next generation of AI should be personalized, highly capable, and privacy-first. Memories.ai’s Luci demonstrates how on-device AI can deliver meaningful experiences that understand context and provide intelligent assistance while keeping personal data under a user’s control. By leveraging Snapdragon’s AI capabilities across phones, PCs, and smart glasses, Memories.ai is helping unlock a new era of connected,

personalized AI experiences that seamlessly enhance user’s everyday experiences,” said Vinesh Sukumar, Vice President, Product Management, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.
