Unveiled at Le Méridien Petaling Jaya, the devices are among the first hardware offerings introduced under the unified Xerox brand following the integration. By combining Xerox’s global technology and services capabilities with Lexmark’s established local presence, channel relationships and market expertise, the company is strengthening its ability to serve customers and partners across Malaysia.
The launch responds to the needs of increasingly hybrid and distributed workplaces, where organisations require technology that is secure, easy to deploy and well suited to smaller workgroups and shared office environments.
Through the integration, Xerox is bringing together capabilities across print, IT infrastructure and intelligent digital services, giving organisations a broader portfolio to support more digital and connected workplaces.
The event also showcased Xerox and Lexmark’s existing A3 and A4 portfolios, demonstrating the breadth of workplace technology now available to customers in Malaysia.
An auspicious lion dance marked Xerox’s return to Malaysia. The company also recognised its three local distributors—Digital Paper Sdn Bhd, ATM Trading (M) Sdn Bhd and Tec D Distribution (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd—for their continued commitment to customers, partners and business growth in the country.
“Malaysia is an important market for Xerox and our re-entry through the integration with Lexmark is a significant milestone. It combines the strength and heritage of Xerox with Lexmark’s established local presence and channel relationships, giving us a stronger platform to serve customers, enable our partners and build sustainable growth in Malaysia,” said Keith Leong, Regional Sales Director, APC.
New A4 portfolio for evolving workplaces
Central to Xerox’s return is a new range of A4 colour printers and multifunction printers for small workgroups and hybrid environments. The devices provide reliable print and scan capabilities without the need for dedicated IT support.
Compact form factors are combined with simplified setup, security and connectivity features:
- Ease of use: Intuitive interfaces, simplified setup and support for the Xerox® Easy Assist App and Xerox® Print and Scan Experience App help users install, manage, print and scan with ease.
- Performance: The portfolio supports reliable, consistent everyday use across a range of small workgroup needs, including more demanding environments.
- Security: Built-in security features help protect devices, documents and network access, with integrated post-quantum cryptography support for future-ready protection against evolving cyber threats.
- Compact design: Space-efficient form factors suit small offices and shared workspaces.
- Sustainability: Energy-efficient operation and more than 50% post-consumer recycled plastic content support Xerox’s commitment to responsible innovation.
