Sony today announces the launch of the REON POCKET PRO Plus, the new flagship model in its wearable thermo device series. Available in Malaysia from 22 June 2026, the REON POCKET PRO Plus features a newly developed “Adaptive Hold Design” dedicated neckband with improved cooling efficiency and offering a personalised thermal experience that adapts to the user’s environment and movement

New “Adaptive Hold Design” for unwavering stability

The included neckband has been completely re-engineered with an “Adaptive Hold Design”. By increasing the diameter of the mechanical flexible tubing, holding force has been improved by approximately 40% . This allows the device to maintain a secure fit and optimal contact with the body, even during walking or light activity, while maintaining comfort.

Adjustable Air Vent Cover for discreet wear

The airflow exhaust mechanism now features an adjustable design, allowing users to extend the length and modify the angle of the Air Vent Cover. This ensures efficient heat dissipation regardless of collar height or clothing style, allowing the device to remain discreet while maintaining peak performance.

REON POCKET TAG 2: Compact and versatile

Included with the REON POCKET PRO Plus kit (RNPK-P1PT) is the REON POCKET TAG 2, a wearable sensing device that is approximately 18% smaller  than its predecessor. The new design replaces the rear clip with a strap hole and includes a carabiner, offering versatile attachment options for bags or belt loops to measure ambient temperature and humidity with precision.

Availability

The REON POCKET PRO Plus will be available in Malaysia at Sony Store BBCC, IOI City Mall, The Curve and Sony Store Online from 22 June 2026.
