This exclusive series, available in just 100 units worldwide (50 per colourway), is a testament to the creative synergy between two of the most compelling names in the independent microbrand watch scene.
The collaboration began with a shared admiration between Fred Bekher, founder of Horizon Watches, and Leonardo Tsai, the visionary behind Selten. Bekher was captivated by the guilloché mother-of-pearl dials of Selten’s M1 Moonphase collection — a craftsmanship rarely seen at this price point. Their mutual respect evolved into a full-fledged partnership, culminating in a dual-colour release that is as technically refined as it is visually captivating.
The Nemo Reissue is available in two compelling options: a deep black dial representing Selten’s refined, dressy aesthetic, and a vibrant teal dial, echoing Horizon’s roots in underwater exploration and retro-futuristic adventure. Both dials are CNC-guilloché cut from mother-of-pearl, lending an iridescent texture that dances with light — a hallmark of Selten’s artistry.
Housed in a robust yet refined 40mm 316L stainless steel case, the watch boasts a unidirectional rotating bezel with sapphire insert and BGW9 SuperLuminova, a boxed sapphire crystal with triple-layer AR coating, and a screw-down caseback engraved with custom artwork. The entire package is powered by the reliable Miyota 9039 automatic movement — no ghost date, no frills, just pure mechanical performance.
Each watch is paired with an integrated stainless steel bracelet featuring Horizon’s custom MicroSliders adjustment system, as well as a full-grain aniline leather strap with CNC-machined buckle — ensuring wearability in both formal and rugged settings.
