The Dimensity 9400 is built on TSMC’s 3nm process, achieving up to 40% greater power efficiency, contributing to extended battery life when paired with OPPO’s Silicon-Carbon battery technology. The chipset’s 8th Generation NPU supports ColorOS’s advanced AI, providing up to 80% faster performance in large language model prompts while being 35% more power-efficient.

OPPO’s integration of Google Gemini Nano’s language intelligence within Magic Compose in Google Messages leverages on-device AI for tailored replies in various tones and languages.
