The kitchen gadgets that catch my attention are the ones that make everyday routines smarter. The Ninja CRISPi Pro Countertop Glass Air Fryer (AS101) has a particularly appealing idea: prep, cook, serve and store in the same glass container.

Add a see-through cooking design, six cooking functions and interchangeable containers, and this is a kitchen launch worth a closer look.

A Clear View of What’s Cooking

The first thing that stands out is the 360° glass visibility. Rather than hiding dinner inside an opaque drawer, the Ninja CRISPi Pro lets you watch your food as it cooks.

For me, that is part practicality, part visual appeal. Watching chicken turn golden or a cake rise makes the cooking process more engaging, while letting you check its progress without opening the appliance just for a peek.

The four finishes—Ash Grey, Bone White, Cyberspace and Rose Quartz—also give it personality. Bone White would be my pick for an elegant kitchen, while Rose Quartz brings a playful touch.

Serious Heat, Six Ways to Cook

Behind the glass is 2050W of heating power, an adjustable temperature range of 40°C to 240°C, and Precision AirFlow Technology. With the high-velocity hot air circulates evenly around the food to deliver consistent cooking, crisp textures and juicy centres.

The six functions cover Air Fry, Max Crisp, ReCrisp, Roast, Bake/Prove and Dehydrate. That gives the appliance a role beyond the usual fries and nuggets, from roast chicken and baked treats to dough proving and dried fruit.

ReCrisp is particularly interesting to me because reviving leftovers is such a practical everyday use. An appliance that helps with tomorrow’s meal, not just tonight’s dinner, earns extra attention.

What I love the most is they do not need preheating is required. Remove the container to toss your ingredients and cooking pauses automatically, then resumes when it clicks back into place.

One Dish, Fewer Kitchen Chores

The CleanCrisp™ borosilicate glass containers are the heart of the system. It comes with a thermal-shock resistant and designed to move from freezer to fryer, then to the table using their easy-grip handles and counter-safe feet.

After the meal, the included storage lids let the same containers hold your leftovers. The glassware, crisper plates and lids are also dishwasher safe. This is the feature that really appeals to me: fewer transfers between preparation bowls, cooking baskets, serving dishes and storage containers.

The material details are thoughtfully considered, too. The glass containers are coating-free, while the aluminium crisper plates have a PFAS-free nano-ceramic coating.

Family-Sized Cooking, Smaller-Meal Flexibility

You get two containers in the box: 5.7L and 2.3L. For the larger container, they are able to accommodates a whole chicken weighing up to 3.4kg or an 8-inch cake, while the smaller size suits lighter meals and sides. The adjustable stainless-steel modular base also supports an optional 3.8L container, sold separately. I like having different capacities within one system rather than using the largest container for every meal.

Malaysian Price and Launch Offer

The Ninja CRISPi Pro is scheduled to launch in Malaysia on 29 October 2026 at RM1,599, through SharkNinja Malaysia’s official website, major retailers, Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok. The launch offer includes an additional 2.3L CleanCrisp™ glassware worth RM149.99, while stocks last. The supplied announcement also lists a one-year warranty and a 60-day money-back promise; buyers should check the applicable purchase terms.

My Take

What makes the CRISPi Pro interesting is the complete cooking routine it brings together: visible cooking, flexible functions and glassware that stays useful after the food is ready. The glass gets your attention. The cook–serve–store convenience is what makes this kitchen upgrade so appealing.
